Reflexology promotes Relaxation of the Central Nervous System and Healing of nerve endings and tissues by stimulating the circulation of red blood cells and oxygen to organs and regulatory systems and moving uric acid crystals on nerve endings to the lymph fluid for removal.  Reflexology works similarly to massage and acupressure techniques.  Reflexology is applied to your preference of the ears, hands, and feet.

Addiction Recovery & Restoration Plans through Nutritional Guidance

Full addiction recovery requires a full detox of the Liver.  Some addictions are serious in nature and require professional help and professional recovery plans which can be paired with nutritional guidance and detox protocols through natural healing therapies.  I will work with your recovery unit of providers and support persons.

Addictions like sugar, salt, caffeine, smoking, mild drinking, and pain killers can be addressed through several avenues of Natural Healing Therapies.

Addictions can be fostered by the body's way of seeking or revisiting a coping mechanism used to mimic temporary balance.  Healing an addiction is to recognize the imbalance, deficiency, mindset, behavior, routine, and build a new set of mechanisms that are healthy and empowering.

I encourage a phone consultation to discuss your options, goals, and recommendations to begin. 

The healing process is like peeling layers and can take some time to heal all of the imbalances. Allow yourself at least 6 weeks for your body to recalibrate and create new homeostasis at each level of healing.  When you are ready to kick that addiction to the curb message me on the contact page. 

Next Step - $40 Wellness and Nutrition Evaluation.  Each session includes a game plan with specific protocols for system support, release, replenish and repeat.  I will ask you to collaborate with me as you make decisions on the therapeutic recommendations suggested.  My philosophy is to minimize your healing crisis by helping you build up the deficiencies so the body is better equipped to handle toxic release slowly and in stages.  This is done by allowing your body 6 weeks to re-balance at each level of healing.  

During this process, it is important to replenish the body through nutrition and various therapeutics to replace supportive vitamins and minerals. I will offer suggestions for foods, herbs, oils, supplements as your body's needs change. I will outline the bare minimum requirement and the full recommendations to alleviate being overwhelmed initially.  Each stage of the process will be evaluated and protocol may change to meet the needs of your body, mind, and spirit.  Addiction is not only a re-balance of excess and depletion, it is a mental and spiritual challenge to be met by a great support group.  Recommendations will be given.  Mind over matter is a Warrior way, but surrendering an addiction is also Spiritual.

$20 per follow-up visit.  Phone calls are not billed.  Once you begin a protocol I require I see you twice a week and I may decide to call once a day to check-in.  All symptom developments are an important part of observation that will be evaluated and adjustments made to support the body.  Depending on the deficiencies and layers of symptoms that arise during this profound healing it can take some time to regain balance.  Once you feel you have reached your goal and it aligns with a re-evaluation it will be important to maintain a level of support with a visit or phone call.  Relapse is always a possibility, but you will always have my support to help you re-balance and encourage you to touch base with our support group.  We are all worth the care and time it takes to heal.  I am happy to work with you and your healthcare provider and other support persons so you can reach your goal.  It is very important to have a support group.
